Price
The amount displayed on the sign-up screen of each plan and on the pricing page.
Costs other than the product price
- Internet connection fees required to use the service are the customer's responsibility.
- Costs for devices, speakers, and similar equipment needed to use the service are the customer's responsibility (if any).
Payment methods
- Credit card payment (processed via Stripe)
- The supported card brands follow what is shown on the Stripe payment screen.
- Bank transfer for business customers (limited to Annual or 2-Year plan, when requested)
Business customers who wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us via the contact form or the email address above. We will separately notify you of the bank account and payment instructions.
Payment timing
- Credit card payment
- Monthly plan: Charged at sign-up, then renewed and charged automatically every month.
- Annual / 2-Year plan: Charged in one lump sum at sign-up, then renewed and charged automatically for each contract period.
- Bank transfer (business customers, Annual or 2-Year plan only): Please pay by the due date stated on the invoice issued by Easy, Inc.
Service delivery timing
- Credit card payment: The service becomes available immediately after payment is completed (and after account registration is completed).
- Bank transfer: After we confirm receipt of payment, the service becomes available following the start-of-use instructions.
Free trial
- The free trial starts the moment your account registration is completed.
- No charges occur during the free trial period.
- To continue using the service after the trial ends, the customer must separately sign up for a paid plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel from the web admin screen at any time.
Once cancellation is completed, charges from the next renewal date onward will stop.
Refunds and mid-term cancellation
Due to the nature of digital services, returns after delivery has begun are not accepted.
Mid-term cancellation is handled as follows:
No refunds for mid-term cancellation
- Monthly plan: You can continue using the service until the next renewal date; no prorated refunds are issued.
- Annual / 2-Year plan: Even if you cancel mid-contract, no refunds are issued for the remaining period (you can keep using the service until the contract end date).
Cooling-off period
By law, the cooling-off system does not, in principle, apply to mail-order (online) sales.
