BGM Pro Privacy Policy
Easy, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information and user information of customers (including users of the service) in the in-store BGM service "BGM Pro" (hereinafter "the Service") that the Company provides.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the handling of customer information that the Company collects in connection with providing the Service.
The handling of information by third-party services linked from the Company's site follows the policies of those third parties.

In connection with providing the Service, the Company may collect the following information.
(1) Information collected directly from the customer
- Full name or contact person's name (for businesses or stores, the contact person's information)
- Company / trade name, store name, industry
- Registered facility (store) information (address, phone number, etc.)
- Email address, phone number, address (including billing address)
- Login information (ID, etc.), account settings information
- Inquiry content, communication history
(2) Information collected automatically while you use the Service
- Device information (OS, device type, browser type, etc.)
- Log information (access timestamps, IP address, browsing history, operation history, playback history, error logs, etc.)
- Information collected via cookies and similar technologies (identifiers, session information, etc.)
- Advertising identifiers (when used)
(3) Payment-related information
- Payment status, billing plan, purchase history, etc.
Note: Credit card numbers and similar payment information are, in principle, held by the payment processor and not held by the Company (adjusted by operation).
3. Purpose of Use
The Company uses collected information for the following purposes.
- To provide the Service, verify identity, and manage accounts
- To bill, process payments, manage contracts, and process refunds (when necessary)
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, and send important notices
- To prevent fraud, ensure security, respond to incidents, and analyze logs

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound upbringing of children, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult

6. Outsourcing (Use of External Services)
For purposes necessary to operate the Service, the Company may outsource part of its operations to external providers, and may entrust personal information and similar to them in that process.
The Company appropriately selects and supervises its contractors.
(Examples: infrastructure, cloud, payment processing, customer support, analytics tools, email delivery, etc.)
7. Joint Use
The Company does not engage in joint use of personal information as a general rule.
When joint use is conducted, the items of information jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use, the person in charge of management, and similar will be separately disclosed.

The Company takes necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, and the like of personal information.
Specifically, these include access control, log management, encryption of communications, supervision of contractors, employee training, and similar.
9. Retention Period
The Company retains information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and after the retention period has elapsed or when information is no longer needed, deletes or anonymizes it by appropriate means, except when there is a retention obligation under law.
10. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, Suspension of Use, etc.
Pursuant to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, customers may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, deletion, suspension of provision to third parties, and similar, of their own personal information held by the Company.

11. Disclaimer

The Company may revise this Policy due to changes in laws and regulations, changes to the Service content, operational improvements, and similar.
When making important changes, the Company will notify users through posting on the Company's site or by other appropriate means.
